Free shipping on orders 125- and over.
Both our flat rate $12- shipping and our free shipping for orders $125- and over are via Canada Post Expedited, which includes a tracking number. When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email that includes this number.

We are committed to making sure your order arrives on time but shopkindred.ca cannot be held responsible for delays or interruptions in postal service. Please be prepared for the possibility of Canada Post delays due to high volume during Covid-19.

We reserve the right to verify and approve all orders before shipping.

RETURN POLICY
Sale items and apothecary are final sale. All other items may be returned for exchange or store credit (minus shipping) within 15 days of receipt.

To return an item:
1) email info(at)shopkindred.ca for an RA (return authorization) number.
2) Print the original invoice, write the RA# on it, and return the item.
Item must be unworn, unaltered, and with tags still on and returned with a postmark no later than 15 days after receipt. Only returns meeting the above requirements will be processed. All return shipping is paid by customer. Please note: returns for exchange will incur a $12- shipping fee for sending the new item (this includes items that were originally shipped for free).
