Sale items, vintage & apothecary are final sale. All other items may be returned for exchange or store credit (minus shipping) within 15 days of receipt.

To return an item:

1) email info(at)shopkindred.ca for an RA (return authorization) number.

2) Print the original invoice, write the RA# on it, and return the item.

Item must be unworn, unaltered, and with tags still on and returned with a postmark no later than 15 days after receipt. Only returns meeting the above requirements will be processed. All return shipping is paid by customer. Please note: returns for exchange will incur a $20- shipping fee for sending the new item (this includes items that were originally shipped for free).
