Beautiful vintage heart-shaped gold-filled locket dating to approximately the 1930s–1940s, featuring exceptionally detailed engraved floral and scrollwork decoration surrounding a central heart motif.
This charming early-Mid-Century locket measures approximately 1 inch and opens to accommodate photographs or a small keepsake. The highly ornamental front features finely worked botanical engraving, a raised decorative border and an elaborate period bale.
The interior is stamped GOLD FILLED. The reverse bears the engraved monogram “LMA,” believed to be a period owner's monogram.
