Picton Spring Equinox

Join us in our cozy, candlelit ‘Moon Room’ for this special Spring Equinox Ritual, where we will gather to honour Winter’s ending and welcome Spring’s beginning. Together we will enjoy a unique blend of yoga, gong sound bath and tarot, followed by warm refreshments.

What to expect:

• The evening will begin with 30 minutes of grounding yin yoga lead by Nathan. This will be a slower paced practice, suitable for all levels, with the aim of releasing tension, opening up the breath, and gently preparing the body to receive the full benefits of the sound bath. 

  
  

• After yoga, Tamara will guide us through gentle breathwork and meditation to set intentions for the new season, followed by a nourishing 30 minute sound bath to relax and release the past season.
