April Pink Moon Ritual

Join is in our cozy, candlelit ‘Moon Room’ for this special Full Moon Ritual. Together we will enjoy a unique blend of gentle yoga, gong & crystal bowl sound bath and the ritual of creating personal sigils followed by a sharing circle complete with warm refreshments.

What to expect:

• The evening will begin with Jenn leading us in a sigil making ritual for mason jars to be taken home and filled with water and charged by moonlight. This will be followed by gentle yoga lead by Tamara. This practice will be a slower paced, suitable for all levels, with the aim of opening up the breath and gently preparing the body to receive the full benefits of the sound bath. 

• After yoga, Jenn will lead us through a brief meditation to further prepare for the sound bath followed by a nourishing 30 minute  sound experience combining gongs an…
